Jean and family. I am so sorry to hear of Nick's passing. You have both been in my daily prayers. May Nick rest in peace and Jesus Master comfort you and your family in your sorrow.

I just came across this and was so saddened. I was lucky enough to serve as Nick’s S3 in the 2-7 Cav. He was the best battalion commander a soldier could serve under. I never had a better assignment than serving in his battalion. He was the best.
